blood pressure and reduce the risk as much as
possible. You can also check your blood pressure
regularly because monitoring ensures you will see a
problem when it first occurs. High blood pressure is often
called the “silent killer” because it attacks people with few
or no symptoms at all. By the time many people find out they
have high blood pressure, it is too late.
